About the Program
The CACCI Youth Division Professional Clubs & Small Business Support Program is a 7-week summer initiative that trains and mentors 25 young adults (ages 16–24) while they assist 5–6 local small businesses. Through a combination of morning skill-building workshops and afternoon real-world projects, participants gain workforce-ready skills as they help entrepreneurs solve business challenges. This unique program seamlessly blends youth workforce development with small business capacity-building, creating a win–win for our community.
Real Projects for Real Businesses
Student teams develop digital marketing campaigns, design modern websites, improve social media presence, organize pop-up events, and streamline business operations — delivering tangible results for local entrepreneurs.
Workforce Training & Mentorship
Every morning, participants attend workshops on business communication, digital skills, and entrepreneurship. By program's end, youth log over 200 hours of work-based learning — building confidence, a professional network, and a stronger resume.
Community & Economic Impact
The program actively supports minority-owned and local small businesses, providing services otherwise out of reach. Past partners have reported improved customer engagement, time savings, and revenue growth — building a more resilient local economy.
